OUR EXCLUSIVE KNIVES

Deliveries from NZ based warehouse can take anywhere within New Zealand between 1-2 business days by CourierPost .

OTHER BRANDS OF KNIVES (Wusthof, Victorinox, Shun, Kasumi)

Deliveries can take  between 3-6 business days to reach you from our Australia based supply. If you find after 10 business days your order hasn't shown up  Please let us know. 

Customs does not collect duty and GST (NZ) where the total revenue payable on any one importation is less than $60 NZD. 

Please note that while our prices are free from Australian GST, your items may be subjected to New Zealand custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees. The cost of these is solely the responsibility of the customer. Find out more at http://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/. Failure to pay New Zealand’s local duties, taxes and other fees may result in abandonment of your parcel.

14 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS 

If are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for credit. Just contact our customer service, and we will help you organise your return. All we ask is the product is unopened and the packaging is in its original condition. Once we receive your products back to our Returns Department the credit will be applied to you.

- Product must be returned, and arrive back in new condition with original box, packaging and contents.
- Return postage costs is at the expence of the customer. 
- On return, your products will be inspected, please take adequate measures to return items as new, as re-postage will be at your expense. 
- You must contact us before returning anything, and obtain a return authorisation. 
- Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer. 
- 14 day return policy starts from the date of you receiving the goods.
