The Blade: 10Cr cutting core is wear and corrosion resistant, strong, and very fine-grained to enable a razor-sharp. After vacuum heat treatment and quenching process, the Rockwell hardness reaches 60±2.
The Handle: Through sanding and polishing, pakkawood provides the knife with a glossy finish and appear naturally. It is quite dense and water resistant and holds up to lots of daily wear and tear.
The Balance: A good chef knife will do a lot of the work for you. In order to do that, the weight and balance need to be just right.
